Job DescriptionMaintainand reconcilecustomer accountsGeneratereports on accounts receivable statusEnsure timely payments and contactcustomers via calls/emails regarding outstanding balancesPerformbank reconciliationsProcessand manage cancellationsInvestigateunresolved issuesCollaboratewith internal departments to address customer inquiriesQualificationsHave excellent attention to detail and time management skillsPossess an understanding of the accounts receivable function or have previous experience in an accounts environmentDemonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in MS Office, including Word and ExcelAbility to multi-task and prioritize your daily workloadPlease note that only people with the right to work in Australia should apply.
