Accounts Assistant

Beauty Connections is an Australian-owned distributor of beauty brands, specializing in skincare & hair care.
 We are based in Clayton in Melbourne's south east and our customers are Australias largest beauty retailers .
We are seeking an energetic & motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.
We have a small, collaborative and dedicated team who pride themselves on our positive and inclusive work culture.

Initially the role is expected to be carried out in part time capacity within a 18 to 24 hour week on site at our office in Clayton. 
Key Responsibilities Accounts payables 
Accounts receivables
Monthly bank reconciliations
Supporting weekly and monthly reporting
Assist the Finance team with accounts and finance administrative tasks
Assist the Sales team with administrative work
Managing Accounts inbox
Requirements Previous experience in a similar role
Attention to detail
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
Experience in MYOB accounting software
Understanding of the FMCG Industry
