Accounts Assistant

Our client maintains a high standard of excellence within luxury real estate & commercial property, looking to uphold this within the finance team.The RoleThis role requires a detail-oriented individual with a solid background in accounting, ready to contribute to a dynamic team. You'll be working closely with the financial team to ensure accuracy across various accounting tasks and financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage data entry tasks.Track Vendor Paid Advertising invoices & maintain trust transfers on spreadsheets.Reconcile new listings from Realestate.com.au and Domain and prepare invoices for all new listings.Perform unconditional reconciliations.Use of Xero to enter vendor paid advertising bills.Assisting with relevant accounting as required by the financial team.Key Skills & Requirements:Proven experience in Xero accounting software is essential.Bachelor's degree in Accounting is advantageous.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.Strong organisational & time management skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.Benefits:Competitive salary package - $75K to $85K plus superOpportunities for professional development and growthCollaborative and supportive work environmentIf you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Summer Jane on 0450 472 828.
