Role Overview:
As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for various accounting tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our financial processes. You will work closely with the financial team to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage data entry tasks, including tracking Vendor Paid Advertising invoices on spreadsheets.
- Maintain trust transfers on spreadsheets.
- Reconcile new listings from Realestate.com.au and Domain.
- Prepare and send invoices for new listings.
- Conduct unconditional reconciliations.
- Enter Vendor Paid Advertising bills into Xero accounting software.
- Assist with other accounting tasks as required to support the financial team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Xero accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
