Accounts Assistant

Canberra Strata is looking for an Accounts Assistant to work alongside the Accounts Manager to provide efficient services to our clients.
Your responsibilities will include: Data Entry End of month processing Answering enquiries via phone and email Assisting Strata Managers with financial statements for meetings Invoicing Supporting the Accounts team in various capacities You will ideally hold: Proven experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or related roles Strong proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Strong multitasking abilities and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player Desirable but not essential: Experience with MYOB and Strata Master.
