We are currently looking for experienced and passionate Administration personnel in Victoria to join our team.
Your Opportunity We currently have opportunities for Accounts Assistant & Admin with particular focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, filing, reconciliation, preparation, and lodgement of monthly BAS. Liaising with the external Accountant for annual accounts and tax queries. Other accounts related duties and other general office duties with the opportunity to learn new skills to assist the investigations team. Approx 80% of this role is (Accounting duties)
What will set you apart from the rest? A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an Accounting functionAdvanced Microsoft Office knowledge, mainly Excel, Word, PowerPointExperience with QuickBooks Integrity and a positive attitudeRobust problem-solving skillsMotivation to learn and grow within a team environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Be able to communicate effectively with individuals and within business or corporate environmentsOutstanding organizational and time management skillsBe able to work well under pressure in a self-directed manner.Be able to multi-task between urgent priorities.Have strong attention to detail.Demonstrate excellent report writing skills using MS Office programs.Demonstrate a commitment to an ethical and professional approach to assisting administratively.Hold a satisfactory criminal history In return, we offer:
