Accounts and Tax Senior Position - Central London - Tax Advisory Practice A forward-thinking accountancy and tax practice in central London is recruiting for an accounts and tax senior to join their growing team.
This firm is an experienced, nimble team of chartered accountants, sector specialists, and tax advisory.
Their team of 20 is looking to grow, recruiting someone in a stand-alone position, reporting to the two main partners, whilst also collaborating with different teams, including the R&D team.
The role can offer a range of progression opportunities, even to a CFO role in the long term.
Tax Senior Position Overview Corporate Tax Compliance Tax Planning and Advisory Client Management Liaison with HMRC Technical Expertise, staying up to date with changes in tax legislation Learning the R&D side of tax, and assisting clients with R&D claims Reporting, preparing and presenting reports to senior management Tax Senior Position Requirements Fully ACCA or ACA or CTA is preferred, or almost qualified.
ATT studying CTA is acceptable A minimum of 2 years accountancy practice experience Strong understanding of corporate tax Any experience with R&D is preferred but not essential Understanding of basic accounts (VAT returns, management accounts, etc) Able to commute to Marylebone Tax Senior Position Remuneration Competitive salary depending on experience, ranging from £40-55k Performance-based bonuses Hybrid working and flexible hours are negotiable Statutory pension 28 days holiday Statutory sick pay Easily accessible, local to Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
