Our client requires an experienced Accounts and Payroll Officer to join their growing team in Inner-West Sydney.
In this role, you will be responsible for accounts payable and receivables, oversee weekly payroll as well as provide updates to the management team and other ad hoc tasks.
Tasks & responsibilities   Review and log employee and sub-contractor timesheets.
Oversee the weekly payroll process for all staff.
Manage office administration including the safe storage of data.
Maintain asset and leave registers.
Monitor the fleet of vehicles, ensuring compliance at all times.
Prepare and deliver fortnightly updates to PM's and Directors.
Be a team player willing to support the team with ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications & experience   MUST have previous experience as an accounts and/or payroll officer.
Great accounting knowledge and financial management expertise.
Proficient with Microsoft Office & accounting software (MYOB/Xero) A confident and well spoken communicator.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
A team player who is organised and punctual.
