Job Description About the role:
As the Accounts & Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for recording high quality financial data in an accurate and timely manner. You will be working across various accounts and finance functions within a dynamic, project-based engineering environment.
What will you be involved in:
• High volume processing of accounts payable, ensuring correct allocation, account coding and authorisation in keeping with payment dates
• Accounts receivable, including invoice distribution and debtor management
• Assisting with Group email inbox as required
What we would like from you:
• Experience with high volume accounts processing
• Strong MS Office skills
• Excellent data entry skills with a high attention to detail
• Experience with ERP applications (desirable)
