Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Accounts and Administration Officer to support our Operations in Pakenham.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and accounting duties to ensure the smooth running of our office and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable and Payable: Manage invoices, payments, and financial records.
Payroll: Process payroll for employees accurately and on time.
General Admin Duties: Perform general administrative tasks to support the office and operations.
Director Assistance: Assist the Director with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Experience: Must have relevant experience in office administration and accounts.
Trade Business Experience: Experience in a trade business such as electrical, HVAC, or plumbing is beneficial.
Xero Proficiency: Experience with Xero is essential.
SimPRO Proficiency: Experience with SimPRO is desired.
Autonomy: Ability to follow procedures and work autonomously.
Office-Based Role: Enjoy a stable, office-based position in Pakenham.
Flexible Hours: Part-time role working 5 days a week, 5 hours a day.
