Civcon Civil & Project Management is a Western Australia Civil Construction and Project Management company, providing services to our niche client base. 
We are currently seeking motivated Accounts and Administration Assistant for full-time permanent position based at our West Perth Office.
The objective for the Account Administration Assistant role is to provide routine financial and management accounting services to the group. It includes the accurate recording and maintenance of accounting transactions in order to ensure the accurate reporting of business performance.
Position Requirements  Entering transactions for accounts payable, including entering of invoices and reconciling supplier statements accuratelyAssisting with the accounts payable inbox and responding to queries promptlyAssisting with the Credit Card expense reconciliationsChecking payment documentation for accuracy of information and discrepancies and rectify errorsEnsuring compliance of company policiesAssisting with telephone account enquiries for both internal and external partiesAssisting with general administration support as requiredAssist with month-end closing activitiesReconciliation of supplier and subcontractor statements and documentsFollow Invoice approval process in line with relevant delegation of authorityProvide support to Payroll Officer for external Labour Hire timesheet reportingMinimum Requirements Minimum of 4 years' experience as Accounts Payable OfficerStrong problem-solving skills Construction industry experience is desirable but not essentialPrevious experience with Cheops and CheopsWeb is desirable but not essential.Strong communication skills; verbal, written and interpersonalAbility to manage workload deadlines, including working independently and as part of a team
