About the Role Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be a valued part of the Finance team. This role suits someone interested in a long-term career in business, office administration, or accounts. The ideal candidate will have some basic/entry-level skills but is keen to continue to learn and grow.
Duties & Responsibilities Assist in uploading timesheetsAccounts payable data entry - create and maintain suppliers, enter supplier invoices, match against purchase orders, and codingAccounts receivable data entryPetty cash dutiesAssist with ad hoc reporting as well as client project reporting as required by the consultantsData entry of employee reimbursementsRoutine administration tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanningSkills & Experience Required You have a flexible and adaptable nature and work well in a team environmentThis role will suit someone who is in the early stages of their career, with up to 12 months of experienceYou enjoy working in a social and friendly team environment and have the ability to build warm relationships with your colleagues and peersYou are an enthusiastic learner who likes to work things out for yourself but will happily seek clarification when neededYour customer service skills are excellent; you enjoy helping others and have a 'nothing is too much trouble' mindsetBenefits & Culture This is a social, relaxed, and open office environment with a strong focus on teamwork.
