About your new job
The responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
Monitor invoice inboxes and prepare invoices for processingIdentify any discrepancies and fix problem invoicesReconciliation of accountsPrepare and issue outgoing invoicesBanking and allocationsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding pricing and incorrect detailsRegular liaison with other branchesProvide administrative support to the finance team and wider administration team when requiredOther general administrative tasks as requiredAbout you
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous exposure in accounts and administrationProblem solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailProfessional demeanour when engaging with internal/external stakeholdersAbility to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of Microsoft packagesWhat is in it for you
