Accounts Administrator - Relief Position

About your opportunity Accounts Administrator: Answer and direct billing clients' phone calls; manage email and calendars; schedule meetings and appointments.Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required.Liaise with clients and vendors to handle requests and queries.Assist in accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and maintaining accurate records.File and retrieve documents and reference materials.Qualifications: Excellent organisational and time management skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentDetailed oriented personality English speaking, reading and writing skillsPassed the internal test Work Hours and Benefits: 5-7 hours between working hours 7 am to 5 pm per dayThe qualified staff can lead to annual salary package up to $75,000.00.11.5% Superannuation Trainee program to support your career developmentConvenient location in the heart of Gold CoastFree parkingAnnual Dinner / PartyNext Step We recommend all potential candidates send an email directly to [email protected] with an attached cover letter, resume, and certificates.
