Accounts Administrator

Details of the offer

Our client is a well-known residential construction company and they are currently seeking an Administration/Account superstar to join their team.
Main Tasks: Receive incoming accounts and process through Databuild, Zero and M-Files programs. Processing includes allocating job details to incoming accounts, comparing incoming accounts to orders, and allocating accounts to appropriate person/s for approval and sign off. Discuss and clarify information with construction staff and administration staff if questions arise. Liaise with suppliers, trades, accounts staff, consultants, sales representatives, and others as required. Follow directions, timelines and record the progress actions taken both manually and through management software programs. Control and monitor stock room items both incoming and outgoing. Process other correspondence, reports, and documents as requested.
Other tasks (when required): Maintain tidiness of all rooms. Other ad hoc tasks as requested. Comply with instructions given by the management team. Be involved and contribute at company meetings if required. Assist in the completion of monthly reports. This position is full-time in the Wodonga area.
