Termi Home & Commercial Toowoomba is a national organisation operating in the domestic and commercial construction industry. We provide a range of trade services covering Waterproofing, Epoxy & Polished Concrete, Termite Barriers & Pest Control and Synthetic Turf. 

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our small, friendly & supportive team. You will be working closely with the Director and the Accounts Manager on a variety of different administrative and accounts duties. In addition, you will run the administration of the Pest Control department. This role is based in Toowoomba, working Monday to Friday on a permanent full-time basis.
The roll will include: Processing customer invoices and tracking commercial progress claims across all divisions.Liaising with technicians and other division administrators to ensure accurate completion of jobs for invoicing.Completion and submission of commercial certifications and warranties.Liaising with builders and homeowners.Bank accounts reconciliations.Dealing with customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner.Managing and scheduling appointments for pest control technicians, and liaising with homeowners.Assisting the Accounts Manager with a range of HR and accounts duties.General office administration. The ideal candidate will have: Current experience in accounting and bookkeeping, preferably more than 3 years.A Cert IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, or other relevant industry experience. A pleasant and professional demeanour and ability to maintain client and staff relationships. Have high organisational and time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.Very good attention to detail and care about the work you do.A good level of financial understanding. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Previous experience in the construction industry will be an advantage, but not essential.
