Accounts Administrator

Accounts Administrator  As part of the Accounts team the successful candidate will be assisting in reviewing rates from different invoices, confirming deliveries to site, reconciling accounts, processing payments to suppliers and updating records of claims and retentions from various clients.
Responsibilities:  Performing calls and emails to get the payment dates, to follow up overdue invoices and regular tracking of accounts receivableRegular tracking of Invoices and claims via PAYAPPS Assisting the team for monthly claimsUpdating claims and retention sheet Recording and analyzing data accurately to create Fortnightly and Monthly financial reports  Handle invoicing, track payments, manage accounts and support payroll processes. Tracking expenses against allowable budget per projectAbout you Availability to work __________________________Previous experience in working in admin, accounts receivable/accounts payable and payroll. Great communication skillsAttention to detailFriendly and approachableCompetent in using Microsoft OutlookIntermediate - advanced level in MS ExcelIntermediate - advanced level in PAYAPPSAdvanced Xero experience (essential)
