We are currently wanting to employ a new Accounts Administrator to join our accounts team.
You will be part of a small team within the company that ensures the smooth day-to-day running of the accounts department. From data entry to assisting in the management of accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements and credit cards —you will help keep everything on track.
As the successful applicant, the Accounts Administrator will demonstrate all aspects of accounts record keeping, office and general duties where needed with an excellent ability to solve problems. Being well-organised and meticulous, along with the ability to work on your own and part of a team is essential.
Responsibilities - include but not limited to: Assisting with the management of Accounts Payable – ensuring smooth data transfer to MYOB from our workflow system.Action Supplier Queries in a timely manner.Assisting with management of Accounts Receivable – ensuring client queries are quickly addressed so invoices are paid in a timely fashion.Work along with the rest of the team to improve the accuracy and volume of dataAbility to investigate discrepancies, with a keen eye for detail.Performing filing and general accounting administrationMonthly reconciliation of bank and credit card transactionAssisting with month-end closing activitiesIdeal Candidate Profile: Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational abilitiesCan effectively multi-task and prioritize your daily workloadHigh level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesTrustworthiness and integrityAbility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExperience in a similar role
