The Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our company as an Accounts Administration.
In this role, we are looking for someone who will be responsible for maintaining the financial integrity of our organization. You will manage all aspects of accounts administration, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Your expertise in MYOB and familiarity with BAS/IAS will be essential in supporting our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in MYOB.Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.BAS/IAS Preparation: Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) within required deadlines.Ensure compliance with Australian Taxation Office (ATO) regulations and guidelines.Reporting: Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial statements.Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.Administrative Support: Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant legislation and company policies.Maintain confidentiality of financial information.How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced Accounts Administrator looking to contribute to a thriving company, we want to hear from you!
