Key Responsibilities: Process purchase ledger invoiceInvoicing on a daily basisChase collections/liaise with couriersFiling of customer documentsSending order acknowledgements to customersMonitoring both customer and supplier returnsAnswer incoming calls and transfer to the most appropriate member of staffThe right candidate will have; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfident and professional telephone mannerPrevious administration experience within an office environment would be preferableAbility to use IT, word and excelProactive and able to work on own initiative, as well as part of a teamHardworking, self-disciplined and well organised
