Accounts Administrator

Assisting with contracts, creating invoices & POs, quotes and scheduling in a friendly and supportive team environment.

Our client is a very successful commercial division of a renowned national retail company, involved in the supply of a diverse product range to the building industry in Western Australia, specifically targeted towards residential and commercial construction projects.

This position within the business assists the team across accounts and general administration including invoicing, purchase orders, contracts & variations, and organizing quotes.

You Will Have

Experience in a similar role with exposure to both accounts and administration.Worked ideally within the building industry.Strong systems knowledge including MYOB/XERO & Microsoft Suite.A strong attention to detail.The ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.Tasks and Responsibilities:

Accounts PayableAccounts ReceivableChasing up invoicesMonthly/Weekly/Daily reporting and reconciliationWarranty applications and submissionsGeneral AdministrationSkills and Experience/Essential Requirements:

Finance-related qualification is desirable but not essential.2 years' experience in a similar accounts/payroll position.Ability to work in high-pressure environments.A keen attention to detail.If you fit the above criteria, please apply to this ad.
