Accounts Administrator / Deeside / Salary £28,000 – £32,000 / Permanent RoleAccounts Administrator Role OverviewAs the Accounts Administrator, you will be working as part of a small team and be responsible for managing the accounts administration as well as general office administration to support the wider business. You will work closely with and report intothe Management AccountantAccounts AdministratorResponsibilities:Processing invoicesSupplier statement reconciliationsBank payments and reconciliationsRaising sales invoicesManaging customer and supplier ledgersCredit control and credit limit managementFollow up with debtors to ensure timely receipt of payments.Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries as necessary.Prepare production orders and create end-user document packs for distribution.Other tasks as requiredAccounts AdministratorExperience RequiredExperienced in a similar accounts or admin role with a good work ethic, effective communication and time management skills.Flexibility towards tasks with the ability to work effectively using own initiativeStrong organisation and prioritisation skillsHigh level of attention to detailEnthusiasm and a proactive approach to workWe are committed to diversity and inclusion.
