Due to significant growth, an excellent opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator who will be primarily responsible for providing day-to-day Procure to Pay (P2P) support to relevant stakeholders.
With a Hybrid split (Office location, up to 3 days/WFH), this role is based in Southbank working within the Accounts Payable team of our Finance, Strategy & Legal Division.
This role will deliver real outcomes, including but not limited to:
Provide prompt accurate responses to any supplier and internal stakeholder queries within SLA.
Act as the first point of contact with the Inbound Support Line and ServiceNow requests.
General accounts and procurement admin tasks to support the business.
Maintain relevant shared mailboxes including AP, Procurement, Help Desk.
Supplier queries related to Ariba.
You don't need to check every box; however, we are looking for a good combination of:
Tertiary level qualification in Business, Accounting or other relevant discipline preferred.
Exposure in a similar P2P role preferred.
Experience with SAP or other large ERP.
Demonstration of strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
Experience with stakeholder and supplier relationship management.
Ability to influence key business stakeholders in order to achieve desired outcomes.
