About the roleCDC Victoria is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our finance team located at our Truganina office, Monday-Thursday 30 hours a week.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will report to the General Manager of Finance and Commercial.
Your role will involve providing vital support to the organisation, helping it to attain its financial and business objectives by delivering essential management information and processing support.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable: Serve as the main contact for accounts receivable inquiries.Issue invoices and credit notes.Receipt incoming payments and issue invoices.Complete Month End Closure, including following up on missing revenue and preparing any revenue accruals.Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies promptly.Accounts Payable: Assist/Backup to Accounts Payable clerk.Process non-PO invoices and reconciliation of those accounts.Conduct credit card and personal expense processing.Accounts / General Ledger: Maintain the Asset register in D365.Assist in month-end duties.Assist with general finance team enquiries as required.The successful candidate will havePrevious experience in accounts administration or a similar role is preferred.Either hold a Diploma/Degree qualification in accounting or be currently studying towards one.Possess intermediate level knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Access, Word).Ideally have some exposure to the D365 Finance software.Be a quick and willing learner, with a clear passion for finance and the determination to grow and build a successful career.Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders in a professional environment.Be a team member who is always willing to go the extra mile, helping wherever required and absorbing the learning opportunities this creates.If you feel you are suited to this position apply now with your resume and cover letter showing how you meet the above criteria.
