Key Responsibilities:
Set up supplier accounts, processing invoices and ensuring account details are accurate and up-to-date Performing monthly supplier statement reconciliations across all accounts Working with the construction team to provide regular costing updates Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Working within the wider team to ensure accuracy across accounts data Set up new customer accounts and process invoices as required Build and maintain great rapport with company staff and clients Provide support in general office administration as required Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance Candidate Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, a CPA or CMA certification is desirable. Proven experience in financial management, within the construction or property development industry. Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, QuickBooks and Jobpac experience is a must. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity. Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
