Accounts Administrator

About the role: As the Accounts Administrator, this role directly supports the property management team with daily, weekly and monthly tasks and will work closely with the senior leadership team.
Duties: Accounts receivable day to day operations including monthly tenant rental invoicing Assist the PM tea in preparation of annual outgoings budgets by property Maintain accurate Trust Accounting records including daily bank reconciliations Maintain the property management system for all commercial and retail properties under management Set up new buildings and leases in property management system  The skills and experience required for this role:  Relevant experience in trust management accounts in property development and/or property management Demonstrated experience in all aspects of office administration, particularly in property management A keen focus on accuracy, process and delivery Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident, driven and dynamic personality.
