Accounts Administrator

A friendly and welcoming team is looking for their next AR / Accounts / Admin candidate.
This is a 6 month contract to start asap!
Processing credit card payments Accounts payable, including reconciliations and liaising with suppliers Processing supplier invoices Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments Administrative duties including typing of quotes, reports, client liaison, processing enquiries by phone and face to face  Ensure up to date filing (including electronic files) and housekeeping Assisting with onsite events Maintaining stationery and uniforms Assist the office manager with accounts and administrative duties as required Provide admin support to office & onsite teams Experience Required: Competent with office software (e.g.
MS Office), including Word and Excel spreadsheets A good understanding of accounts admin principles Experience with Accounting software programs  Actions orientated and a willingness to learn and apply new skills and take on new responsibilities     High attention to detail Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm.
Caboolture location  $38 per hour + superannuation
