The position includes: Follow internal controls, accounting standards, and financial laws Conduct regular reviews and match accounts payable/receivable to the general ledger Verify vendor invoices for accuracy and ensure they meet company guidelines Handle account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies Support daily transaction posting and assist with month-end and year-end closing Contribute to the preparation of quarterly and annual BAS and tax reports Oversee financial onboarding for new clients or business units Address client billing concerns and coordinate payment solutions Partner with different teams to streamline financial processes Skills & Experience: Previous experience and knowledge in Accounts roles is essential High level of attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in strata or property would be viewed favourably but is not essential as training will be provided How to Apply:
