Accounts Administrator- Full Time

Advanced Fresh Concepts is largest supplier of fresh sushi to supermarkets throughout Australia and North America, an industry pioneer with over 30 years experience.
AFC has partnered with Australia's leading supermarket chain to introduce its successful hybrid sushi program. Our sushi is prepared fresh daily, in-store with high quality ingredients and is conveniently packaged for customers to eat any time of the day.
Our rapidly expanding business is seeking to appoint an Accounts Administrator to work at our band new office in Riverwood.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Reconcile all vendors statement on weekly basis.
Reconcile all vendors statement on weekly basis.Look after & monitor the operation of the Kofax & SharepointLiaise with vendors to get any missing invoices.Process and record all miscellaneous franchisee recharge invoices.Assist with integrating the weekly sales in GP.Monitor Accounts payable inbox accordinglyTo be successful in this role you will need to:
Be highly motivated and have positive work ethicHave a "can do attitude" and be able to work independently.Be willing to take on a variety of responsibilities including finance and administrative tasks Be self motivated and able to multi taskHave previous experience in accounts area or data entryHave good attention to detailIn addition, following are not essential but will be highly regarded:
