The Team
Our Australian Finance team sits in Melbourne but covers all 3 Australian offices. The team consists of 9 people including this role with a mix of qualified Accountants and accounts operations.
Job Description The Role
As the Accounts Administrator, you will help support the Accounts Payable, Receivable and Collections functions to ensure day to day data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently and all requirements are met. Other tasks and responsibilities may encompass but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities AP Data entry processing of supplier invoices Reconciliation of supplier statements and invoices Daily AR allocations and receipting of client payments Electronic Filing Update bill dispatch dates in Practice Management System Maintenance of Safe Custody Register Ad hoc finance and administrative duties as required Desired Skills and Experience You may be the ideal candidate if you have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in an Accounts Payable role in a Professional Services firm (legal experience preferred) and:
