About Landaco EquipmentLandaco Equipment is a leading Australian-owned manufacturer of Fertiliser Spreaders, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Accounts Administrator and Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:Financial Management: Comprehensive bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, maintenance of receivables and payables, and general ledger management.Payroll Administration: Managing payroll and superannuation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring ATO compliance, including BAS, PAYG, annual payment summaries, and payroll tax.Customer Service: Processing payments and providing excellent customer service.Administrative Support: Handling mail and freight, filing, preparing financial reports, budgets, costings, and job costings.Documentation and Communication: Drafting employment agreements, documents, letters, and reports.Office Operations: Supporting the office team with various administrative tasks, overseeing office operations, IT, data maintenance, file coordination, and archiving.Inventory Management: Inventory control and ordering (as required).Requirements:Accounts Experience: Previous accounts experience is essential, with training provided in specific programs.Communication and Organisational Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, organisational, and time management skills.Independence and Initiative: Capable of working with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organisational and time management skills.Attention to Detail: Professional demeanour with strong attention to detail.Time Management and Prioritisation: Ability to balance priorities, manage expectations, and meet deadlines.Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn, show initiative, and grow within the role.Transportation: Valid licence and reliable transport.What We Offer:Full-time Role: Monday to Friday.Team Environment: An enthusiastic, well-organised team player who can multitask and meet deadlines.Competitive Salary and Benefits: Landaco provides a competitive salary and a package of benefits tailored to the needs of our employees.Professional Growth: We foster a supportive work environment that values each team member's contribution and encourages professional growth.
