Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing assistance with various tasks as required to support the Finance team, primarily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable focusedCourtesy calls to our valued customersCollaboration with other teams within our brands to address customer queries promptly to aid in the collection of customer paymentsProcessing, reconciliation and payment of a high volume of transactionsProviding support to the Corporate Accounting Team when required including back-up for bank & trust account reconciliations, vendor maintenance and raising purchase ordersWork collaboratively in a team environmentOther ad hoc duties as requiredAbout you You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
High level attention to detailExcellent communication skills - both written and verbalPrevious experience in an administrative position is advantageousGoal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work within a team environmentStrong work ethic and positive work attitudeInterested? The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening and may involve the completion of a National Police Check and pre-employment medical.
