Accounts Administration Officer

About the role This is a 3-month contract with an immediate start !! $40.00 / hr casual
As an Accounts Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial records. This temporary position based in our client's Geebung office, will involve a range of accounting and administrative duties to support the Finance Team.
What you'll be doing Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate mannerReconciling accounts and maintaining detailed financial recordsCommunicating with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues or queriesAssist with month-end close activitiesProviding support to the Financial Controller and other members of the finance team as needed What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounts officer or accounting support roleMust be proficient in Netsuite accounting softwareStrong attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliationintermediate level Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience using Excel will be highly regarded.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamKeen interest in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of accounting best practices and regulationsPlease send application and updated resume to [email protected]
