Accounts Administration Officer

·      Rocklea – 5.30am start - get home early ·      Admin, Accounts Receivable/Credit/Customer Care ·      Be appreciated for your Accounts/Admin expertise, communication and people skills This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administration Officer who likes responsibility, variety and enjoys working with established business clients. This unique work environment services high volume weekly credit services and has onsite regular established business clients that you will be supporting and building relationships with.
Duties are varied and include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Credit applications, Bank reconciliations, Data entry/processing and more. You will enjoy dealing with customers by phone and face to face with support/enquiries and it is essential that your communication is clear, bright and confident. In addition to sound administration, skills in accounts receivables/credit systems/processing payments, volume data entry and reporting are required, you will need good computer skills including Excel.
Your can-do attitude, high attention to detail, accuracy, organisational skills and efficiency will be appreciated. This will suit a friendly down to earth person, with a desire to learn and it will ensure that you quickly fit in and make a difference within the team.
