Accounts Administration Officer

This is a 3-month contract with an immediate start !! $40.00 / hr casual As an Accounts Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the company's financial records. This temporary position based in our client's Geebung office will involve a range of accounting and administrative duties to support the Finance Team.
What you'll be doing Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner Reconciling accounts and maintaining detailed financial records Communicating with customers and internal teams to resolve any issues or queries Assisting with month-end close activities Providing support to the Financial Controller and other members of the finance team as needed What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounts officer or accounting support role Must be proficient in Netsuite accounting software Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy in financial data entry and reconciliation Intermediate level Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience using Excel will be highly regarded.
