About the role We are looking for a suitable candidate who's got experience to work in a busy office environment.
This is a full time position, and the working hours are from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
Hourly rate depending upon the experience
Duties: The Accounts/Admin person needs to report directly to the general manager, and the responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Managing accounts payable and receivable which includes day to day processing of all aspects of accounts payable and receivable function.Banking, bank reconciliations, refunds, supplier payments and a good credit control skills.Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.Assisting with payroll and timesheet managementEnsuring maintenance of accounts related documentation, and other confidential files and documents.Marketing skills (Advertisements on Facebook and website management)IT skills (Good computer knowledge is required)Managing all administrative duties and other ad hoc duties as required Skills and experience:The successful candidate must be:
