About the role

Farrell Transport Group is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Accounts/Administration professional to join our team in Pimpama, QLD. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to the right candidate. You will play a key role in maintaining our accounts receivable processes and providing critical administrative support across the business.
What you'll be doing Manage and process accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and credit controlLiaise with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing queriesProvide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and processing of business documentsAssist with month-end reporting and reconciliation tasksWhat we're looking for Proven experience in accounts receivable/credit control, ideally within the transport or logistics industryStrong customer service orientation and excellent communication skillsProficient in using Xero and Equipr Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlinesAttention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your workWhat we offer
