About this role... In this role, you'll engage in stimulating work within a supportive team environment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities: Processing trust financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner according to compliance and internal policies Managing our Trust and Statutory Deposit Account; Preparing monthly trust reporting; Handling debtor invoicing and customer details; Co-ordinating debt recovery processes and payment plans; Managing Controlled Money Accounts (CMAs) and dividend payments alongside distributions of charitable CMA's from start to finish; Managing general administrative duties to assist the Support Team (as required). Requirements: Proficient in financial software, with basic knowledge of Xero and MS Office Suite; Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations; Effective time management and organisational abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment; Experience in a legal practice management software would be preferred but not essential; Full-time commitment is preferred, but will also consider 5 days per week during school hours. This is a maternity leave contract with an immediate commencement for a period of 6 months, however we would strongly consider the successful Applicant for the same or other suitable positions if one arises toward the conclusion of the contract period.
