The ClientOur client is a progressive real estate group specialising in the management, leasing & sales of commercial, retail & industrial real estate.Our client is passionate about creating a breadth of specialised services to provide solutions to manage your property requirements and enhance your investments and currently requires an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join their dynamic and motivated team.The Role The Accounts and Administration Assistant within the finance team is responsible for providing high-quality support to the Financial Controller and the wider business.Responsibilities include; Assist department team in general duties.Facilitate building maintenance as required.Daily tenant receipting.Payment of creditor invoices.Processing of Mid-Month and End of Month.Assist Asset Manager with outgoings estimates & reconciliations.Establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence is delivered.Annual budget preparation and reconciliations.Approve purchase orders and invoices.Key Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience across a similar role in accounts Ability to work independently and within a team High level of literacy and numeracy Strong work ethic/fast learner Solid Excel skills Understanding of property development/ construction is highly looked upon Strong prioritisation and excellent time management skills This is an incredible opportunity to join a remarkable property group who are proud of their achievements and value their people.
