Accounts / Administration Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Accounts / Administration Assistant to join our client based in Arndell Park as soon as possible for a fixed 6 month assignment with the potential of extension. 
This is a meat factory that specializes in sausages, mince patties and hamburger meat.
This position offer full time hours Monday to Friday for day shift. Start Date : Mid November
Hours : 8am - 4pm
This role will include but is not limited to: Answering phone calls and emailsDealing with external service providersInvoicing to external clientsFilling in and handling paperwork, data entryDay to day operational supportThe successful candidate will have: Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitaskMicrosoft Excel experienceAttention to detail and data entry experienceThe ability to work autonomously and within a teamComputer skillsMYOB experience Previous experience in a similar positionIf you are interested and available for immediate start, please submit your resume by clicking APPLY now.
