Our client is passionate about creating abreadth of specialised services to provide solutions to manage your property requirements and enhance your investments andcurrently requires an Accounts and Administration Assistant to join their dynamic and motivated team. The Role The Accounts and Administration Assistant within the finance team is responsible for providing high-quality support to the Financial Controller and the wider business. Responsibilities include; Assist department team in general duties. Facilitate building maintenance as required. Daily tenant receipting. Payment of creditor invoices. Processing of Mid-Month and End of Month. Assist Asset Manager with outgoings estimates & reconciliations. Establishing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure service excellence is delivered. Annual budget preparation and reconciliations. Approve purchase orders and invoices.
