Accounts / Admin Officer

Citygate Properties is a property management company that has been developing and managing commercial properties in the Bunbury market for over 30 years.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts / Admin Officer to join our team based at the Homemaker Centre.
Your new role Reporting to the Company Accountant, you will be responsible for a mixture of accounts and administrative duties.
This is a full time position working from Monday to Friday.
The role includes:
Full function accounts payable and accounts receivableDaily bank reconciliations, bookkeeping duties and inter-company ledger maintenanceCommunicating with tenants and suppliers to resolve accounts related queriesReception duties, including answering phone calls and greeting customers in the reception areaCompiling data and reports to on-charge costs to tenantsBackup for fortnightly payroll processing and other accounts dutiesContributing to continuous improvement in policies and processesWhat you'll need to succeed You will have:
Minimum 3 years accounts experienceExcellent verbal and written skillsAccurate data entry skills with great attention to detailExcellent time management and organisational skillsExperience in high volume reconciliations working across multiple companiesProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and the ability to learn new softwareExperience working with Xero is desirableWhilst not essential, Accounting, Business or Admin qualifications would be highly regardedAPPLICATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 8TH NOVEMBER 2024
