All States Building Group is a multi-faceted residential development and construction company. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and organised individual to join our team as an Assistant Accounts/Admin Support.  The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of our office.
The role includes:
Managing day-to-day accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, expenses tracking and data entry into Myob.Handle emails inquiries from customers and/or suppliers in a professional manner.Conduct periodic checks to ensure data accuracy.Provide administrative support to assist with the day-to-day operations of the building sites.Support other team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to manage priorities.Attention to detail and accuracy.General administration including filing, archiving and general filing and folder set up.To succeed in this role, you will have: 
Minimum of 2 years' experience AR experience Ability to work well under pressure while consistently meeting deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously and within a team Strong administrative skills and process driven Hours will be 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday. If you think you are well suited to this role then we would love to hear from you!
