We're excited to welcome a new Accounts Admin Assistant to our team! This casual role offers around 20-25 hours per week Mon-Fri, with the potential for hours to increase as the role evolves. The position is mostly remote, with occasional in-office days giving you school-friendly hours and a chance to balance meaningful work with family life. If you enjoy working in a variety filled, growth oriented position, this could be a great fit for you. We'll provide training on our accounting software, so you'll be set up for success from day one.  
Key Responsibilities Assist with daily accounts payable and receivable tasks.  Keep financial records up-to-date and accurate.  Process payments and prepare reports.  Manage payroll entries and reporting.  Support the finance team with month-end and year-end tasks.  Help out with general admin tasks as needed.  What we are looking for We'd love to hear from you if you're: Experienced in accounts administration, with strong attention to detail.  Comfortable with accounting software and MS Office.  Organised, reliable and great at managing your time.  An effective communicator, both written and verbal.  Proficient in Excel. Able to come into the office occasionally (we can discuss specifics).  Equipped with a late-model laptop (preferably Mac OSX). Why Join Us?
