About Landaco Equipment
Landaco Equipment, a leading Australian-owned manufacturer of Fertiliser Spreaders, is based in Wagga Wagga. We're looking for additional staff who share our commitment to excellence and have a can-do attitude.
Role: Accounts Admin and Payroll Officer
Key Responsibilities:

Comprehensive bookkeeping, including bank reconciliations, maintenance of receivables and payables, and general ledger.
Managing payroll and superannuation.
Ensuring ATO compliance: BAS, PAYG, annual payment summaries, and payroll tax.
Processing payments and overseeing customer service.
Handling mail and freight, both incoming and outgoing.
Filing, preparing financial reports, budgets, costings, and job costings.
Drafting employment agreements, documents, letters, and reports.
Supporting the office team with various administrative tasks.
Overseeing office operations, IT, data maintenance, file coordination, and archiving.
Inventory control and ordering (as required).

Software Proficiency:

QuickBooks, Xero, Reckon.
Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, etc).

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous accounts experience is essential; training in specific programs provided.
Excellent written and verbal communication & organisational skills.
Candidates should be capable of working with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates strong organisational and time management skills.
Professional demeanour with strong attention to detail.
Ability to balance priorities, manage expectations, and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn, show initiative, and grow within the role.
Valid licence and reliable transport.
