Accounting Specialist

A reputable company is looking to add an ambitious accounting clerk to their team. This essential role brings an opportunity to join a collaborative team to provide accounts payable and receivable services.

This is a fully on-site position on the West Side of Pittsburgh offering a next step in your accounting career.

How you will support this team:
- Communicating with vendors on questions or concerns about invoices
- Utilizing your detail-oriented skills to process 200-300 invoices on a weekly basis
- Connecting cross-departmentally to resolve discrepancies in a fast moving environment
- Accurately entering confidential client information into a database in a timely manner

What we are excited to see from you:
- 2 years working in a similar role and volume
- Positive can-do attitude with an urge to continuously learn
- Effective phone presence
- Proficiencies in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
