Accounting Manager

We are working with a long-standing and impressive business to source a high calibre Accounting Manager.
The role will support the Financial Controller in this business which operates across Australia.
Day to day, your overall responsibility will include managing a small local and offshore finance team, providing oversight of financial accounting including statutory accounting, monthly management reporting, statutory obligations, capital expenditure management, and internal controls.
Alongside this, you will also lead the external audit processes.
Your strong leadership capabilities with a passion for mentoring and developing teams will see you lead the accounting team to success and continue their professional development.
Effective management of stakeholders is key in this role, and you will interface with executive management, business partners, and clients.
About You Professional qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA equivalent) Strong technical accounting background Experience as a Senior Finance leader A track record of managing a high performing team Passionate about leading and mentoring The business provides a first-class working environment with modern offices and a fantastic team culture.
