Accounting Manager

Business Services & Corporate Advisory (Accounting) The roleAs a Manager in Business Services, you'll provide exceptional service to clients and meaningful guidance to the more junior members of the team.Your role will be to proactively manage all aspects of the client's annual compliance obligations, in addition to working with them to find solutions to existing and future problems. You will be part of a fast-paced team of accountants who enjoy challenges and continually work to exceed client expectations.Manage a portfolio of clients and provide value added servicesAssist with management of workflow for the team including supervising, developing and supporting junior team membersPrepare income tax returns and financial statements for individuals, private companies, trusts and superannuation fundsUndertake business advisory work, financial modelling, complex tax matters, succession planning, asset sales and acquisitionsLiaise with clients, managers and partners regarding queriesAttend to other business-related matters for clients within your portfolio e.g. fringe benefits tax, tax planning, payroll assistance and any other tax or business services related mattersAdvise clients on business operations, regulatory matters, restructures, accounting system implementation, estate planning, succession planningAbout youYou'll be ambitious, proactively managing all aspects of the client's annual compliance obligations.
