About the role
Join the dynamic finance team at Prodoz International PTY LTD as an Accounting Manager. This full-time role is based in Epping, VIC 3076 and will see you play a key part in the company's management accounting operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting activities and providing strategic financial insights to support the company's growth objectives.
What you'll be doing Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting support Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies to ensure compliance with relevant regulations Lead and develop the accounting team, providing coaching, training, and performance management Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to drive operational efficiencies Participate in special projects and other duties as required What we're looking for Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or CA qualification is highly preferred Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a management accounting or finance management role Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and management accounting practices Proficient in using financial management software, such as ERP systems and Excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels Strong leadership and team management experience What we offer
