In this position, you will lead a team of nine direct reports while managing your own client portfolio.Provide high-quality accounting, taxation, and business advice.Prepare financial statements across all areas of business services and taxation.Oversee clients' annual compliance obligations and proactively address challenges.Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions for current and future needs.Deliver comprehensive tax consultancy services, including tax planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasts.Foster and strengthen existing client relationships while driving new business opportunities in collaboration with Directors.Enhance processes and policies to promote financial growth and operational excellence.Create detailed financial analyses and statutory reports to support strategic business decisions.Make a significant impact through effective client interactions.ESSENTIALBachelor's degree in accounting or finance.Qualified CA or CPA.Proficient with using Xero.Ability to relocate to Melbourne.Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining strong client relationships.Demonstrated mentoring, supervisory, and strategic planning abilities to support and manage the team.Extensive knowledge of Australian taxation laws and regulations, with a proven background in SMSF advice, will be highly regarded.Collaborate with fellow accountants to address complex Tax and Business Advisory challenges.Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying insights.Ability to review work and provide actionable, strategic recommendations.APPLICATIONApply today via SEEK with your updated cover letter and resume or send your application to ******.
